PRE-ORDER 2022

More varieties will be coming available weekly from late March. If you ordered plants such as non-hardy varieties (e.g. many floating types) your order will ship once all items are ready. If you have any issues or questions regarding pre-orders please drop us an email.

ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

Occasionally there may be an issue with your consignment. Please contact us at your earliest convenience for any issues regarding the delivery of your order - we'll endeavour to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Queries regarding damaged items must be accompanied by photographs of the items and packaging in order for us to assist you. You can find our policy on refunds and returns here.

If requesting suggestions for planting please include information about your pond space and any specific requirements.

We aim to respond as soon as possible, but due to the high volume of enquiries there may be some delay with responses.
