Your plants will be picked and packed carefully to ensure they arrive to your door alive and fresh.
Please unpack orders as soon as possible and read the delivery labels attached. We use a next-day delivery service, however postal services can experience some delays.
Our couriers will leave orders with a neighbour or in the nearest available safe space, alternatively they may be returned to the depot for attempted redelivery.
If you have specific delivery requirements please supply them in the 'notes' on the cart/checkout page before completing your order. Please note that we cannot amend or cancel orders that are already on the picking list.

During the "Available Season" (typically April to September) we aim to deliver all orders between Tuesday and Friday. Due to the living nature of plants, the availability of our stock will change depending on climate and other factors.
During the months of August and March the nursery operates a reduced shipping schedule of two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday). Between September and February the nursery will ship just once a week.
Please note that we only ship to the UK - excluding Ireland (due to shipping complications and fees).
Our Standard Shipping rates (excluding orders with 30ltr plants) are as follows:
- England, Wales, mainland Scotland - £4.00
- Highlands and Islands - £10
We currently offer free standard shipping to England, Wales, and mainland Scotland for orders over £60.
Heavy duty goods such as 30ltr plants incur a £42 pallet delivery charge. However orders above a certain value can be granted free delivery.
Our courier uses a proprietary postcode system for shipping regions, so if unsure please contact us and we can clarify the delivery fee to your postcode.
The current surcharge zones for Highlands and Islands are list below, as independently set by Parcel Force:
