As most varieties are currently unavailable, these can be purchased on pre-order for 2021. Your order will ship once all items are ready - we expect most varieties to become available between March and April. If you would like to receive items separately as they become available, please contact us to make this arrangement.

Queries regarding damaged items must be accompanied by photographs of the items and packaging in order for us to assist you. Due to the vast number of plants and species, there are varying times as to when plants are available to ship. Some plants are only available from Spring, while others all-year round. Growth rates depend on a number of different factors, so the availability seasons are given as a guideline only. 

If plants have been purchased out of season (they will show as 'pre-order' instead of 'buy') or are not yet in a good condition to be sent due to factors such as climate changes, the order may be placed on hold until they become ready; alternatively we will offer you a substitution at your request.

We will keep you informed via email regarding an estimated delivery date on the following day of your purchase.


We are currently offering free shipping on all orders above £60. This offer is only valid to UK residents and excludes Highlands & Islands (please read delivery details regarding shipping regions below).

We use Parcel Force to ship to H&I. Unfortunately they charge a higher fee to deliver to these locations, so please check Parcel Force shipping regions below to ensure you select the correct shipping option. We do not control which postcodes are included in the surcharge zone unfortunately. 

This also excludes orders with 30ltr plants (e.g. Water Lilies) as these incur a £40 pallet delivery charge. Certain delivery concessions can be made if your order is over a certain amount, please contact us for further details. 



Your plants will be picked and packed carefully to ensure they arrive to your door alive and fresh.

Please unpack orders as soon as possible and read the delivery labels attached.

If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately. If any plants have been damaged and you would like to request an exchange or refund, photos must be provided at the time of opening the package. 

During the "Available Season" (typically April to September) we aim to deliver all orders between Tuesday and Friday. Due to the living nature of plants, the availability of our stock will change depending on climate and other factors.

As an approximate guideline: during the month of March we will be despatching on Tuesdays and Thursdays (packages should typically arrive on the next day). April to August - Monday to Thursday (we don't ship on Fridays to avoid packages being stuck in transit over the weekend). September to March is "off-season" where orders will be shipped a maximum of once per week. 

Our couriers will leave orders with a neighbour or in the nearest available safe space. If you have specific delivery requirements please supply them on the cart/checkout page before completing your order.

Please note that we only ship to the UK.

Our Standard Shipping (excluding orders with 30ltr plants) rates are as follows:

  • England, Wales, Scotland - £4.50
  • Highlands and Islands - £10

Due to Brexit we unfortunately cannot ship to Ireland. Shipment can be arranged if you are prepared to pay a significant surcharge, please contact us for more information.  

Heavy duty goods such as 30ltr plants incur a £40 pallet delivery charge. However orders above a certain value can be granted free delivery (please enquire). 

Our courier uses a proprietary postcode system for shipping regions, so if unsure please contact us and we can clarify the delivery fee to your postcode.

In the unfortunate circumstances that your plants arrive damaged in transit, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement. 

Alternatively we can accept returns in exchange for a refund. Please check the details carefully outlined below.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund please email us with a proof of purchase (order number and postcode), photo(s) of the product and packaging, and the reason for your return or replacement request. Photos must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. 

We cannot provide replacements or refund if appropriate photos are not submitted at the time of delivery. Ensure photos clearly show damage and include the packaging so that we can assist you. 

Please remember that plants are living organisms and due to their perishable nature our exchange and returns policy is valid for up to 5 working days after the date of delivery. 

Plants must be sent with the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. We cannot accept returns if the plant has been damaged or has dried in return transit; for this reason it is advised to use a 24-hour courier service to ensure the plant is returned in a suitable condition.

Once the query has been confirmed by both parties, we will then process the outcome with either a replacement, substitute, or refund. Please note that this may take a few days to fully complete.

Refunds as result of cancellation may be processed minus a cancellation fee of 5%. This includes costs that are directly incurred by us as a result of cancellation such as transaction fees that are charged by the payment merchant as well as additional costs directly incurred in the order and cancellation process. This cost is originally accounted for in the total price of sold goods on this website).

For small to medium sized businesses, refunds of any kind have an impact on the company's financial condition; especially in cases where an order is cancelled by the buyer, these fees are recouped as a fair way to fulfil and account for a cancellation request.
